Product Warranty:

Products are covered by the manufactures warranty

It does not cover damage due to misuse – abuse and incorrect handling

Leather products need to be cared for and not used in an over-weight capacity

In the event of items arriving damaged or defective please contact us

The store requires customers to provide photos

This is for the store to replace or refund accordingly

 

Item/product Details:

The site endeavours in providing to you the closest description and size

Images are there for graphic/sight resolutions

Illumination and colour may vary due to discrepancy of pixels on one’s computer

While all care is taken faults or oversights in the item details are unintentional

 

Payment:

Payment methods are presented for you to use

Electronic bank payment transfer is available

Purchaser has 12 hours to checkout/pay any items in the trolley

Any items not paid within 12 hours will be cleared out of the trolley

If you require more time to pay please contact me and I will extend the payment time

 

Postal/Delivery:

Purchases will be mailed to the “Packing Slip” details supplied by you

It is the buyer’s accountability to provide correct delivery address

Express Post is offered at the buyers cost

If you require insurance on your delivery please notify me

This is at the buyer’s cost and needs to be quoted on prior to purchasing

Products are shipped within 24/36 hrs once purchased

Purchases are not posted on weekends or public holidays

Purchases are all provided to you with a tracking number

We will not leave any parcel outside your front door/veranda unless instructed

We take no accountability if the items go missing or are damaged by a 3rd party

This site uses Australia Post for the delivery of parcels

 

Tracking the product or mishap during delivery:

It’s in your interest to follow your purchase with the tracking number supplied

Track your item on the Australian Post website or download their App

Doing so will keep you informed on your item’s location and its ETA

Please check with your local Post Office prior to contacting us if it hasn’t arrived

If it doesn’t fit in your letterbox chances are it’s at your local PO

Please lay no blame or negative feedback on “Review” section if your item is misplaced

I am neither the postman nor the freight driver delivering your item

The store will assist you if your item is misplaced during transit

I will personally guarantee your item is either delivered or your money refunded

Be aware any uncouth deed occurring will forfeit your item/money back to you

Australia Post is able to track any item through their satellite network to the exact point

 

Refunds / Returns and Liquids:

All items are examined prior to packing before being posted

Please choose your purchase carefully

Used items will forfeit your return and refund

Returned items are inspected before a refund is agreed

Refunds or exchanges are paid by the purchaser

If an exchange is required the buyer will pay for the item to be posted back

Exchange will be given if stock is available

If no stock is available a refund will be given

Items must be returned in its original pack and unused with any tags in their place

Liquid (shampoo/conditioner) or compact matter (styling cream/shave cream/balm)

Any item that is presented onto ones skin/hair is unable to be returned

Once the seal is broken the item is yours

It is by law unhygienic and unsafe if it is opened or used

This is law with the OH&S Australian Govt Act-Occupational Health and Safety

The COVID Act prohibits any item used or seal broken is unsafe to be returned

Liquids as shampoo are sealed prior to packing avoiding leakage during shipment

Electrical purchase and Warranty:

Manufacturer’s warranty is covered on all items sold on this site

Electricals comes with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure

You are also entitled to have the item repaired or replaced

It is the manufacturer duty to electronically find the fault before a refund is given

The warranty commences from the day purchased

Registration of the electrical item is necessary to activate the warranty

All details for registration are located inside the pack

All electricals must be registered within 21 days after purchase

Failure to register any electrical item during the 21 day time period will void the warranty

For your safety and continued enjoyment please read instruction book before use

Improper use will void your entitlement of warranty cover

The manufacturer has electronic means and ways in testing how the fault occurred

Please retain the payment slip for the term of the warranty

The electronics on this site are covered by warranty in Australia only

If it leaves the shores of Australia the warranty is immediately voided

The site provides the best clarity of images on leather products.

The colours of images are presented as close as possible.

The colours of leather and its variation vary on all items.

These variations mean that each item is truly unique.

Leather being natural varies from hide to hide.

Batches of leather are very dissimilar.

Variations in the colour and pattern of leather should not be considered a fault.

It is well known in the leather trade as “Its own signature”

This is the beauty – “that you are purchasing genuine leather”

No two leather items are alike making each and every item unique.

Leather is not a factory manufactured product.

Leather is dried-tanned and then processed in producing products made from leather.

 

The Explanation of Leather:

Pierre Cardin use Cowhide as the main means of its leather.

Cowhide offers maximum value for texture, appearance, durability, and comfort.

 

What makes Italian leather the best?

Passion and tradition – the tanning methods are natural using vegetable ingredients.

Italians are known as the best makers of leather.

Ninety five percent of all leather products worldwide use Cowhide from Italy.

Pierre Cardin also use soft Sofa leather that is also called Vachetta leather.

Vachetta leather gives certain items that polished look.

Then the leather of all leathers – Nappa leather

Nappa leather is soft and expensive.

Pierre Cardin uses Nappa leather on certain products that require flexibility

Fashion Jewellery – Bracelets:

All care and inspection are taken prior to posting a bracelet

Most bracelets on-site are 90% leather

The other 10% is classified as synthetic leather

To maintain the bracelet all care is to be taken in preserving its outlook

Do not shower/ swim / sleep / exercise with it on

Do not use any cleaning chemicals to clean the bracelet

Use a cloth with soap/water (small amount) then wiping it clean

Forcibly prying the bracelet off your wrist may cause damage

No force at all needs to be used

Using force will damage the bracelet causing the leather away from the magnetic clasp

You may also cause damage to any features that are on the bracelet

These are quality bracelets. Leather with 316L Stainless Alloy steel

The store uses controlled measures in examining the bracelet prior to posting

Returns are not accepted due to the Covid laws.

Once the bracelet has been placed on the skin it is yours to keep.
